Questions and answers
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
The features are the same. Monthly bills every month, yearly bills once a year and costs less per month.
Is there a free trial?
The monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial if you have not had one before. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. In the App Store or Google Play, change the plan in your subscription settings. If you paid by card on this site, write to contact@treadmillpro.app and we will switch it for you.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Everything else in Pro works with just your phone. The Watch or a sensor is only for live heart rate.
How do I cancel?
Bought in the App Store: open your subscriptions in the App Store settings and cancel there. Bought in Google Play: open Subscriptions in Google Play. Bought on the web: open your account on this site and choose Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases made by card on this site: if the app did not work with your treadmill, write to contact@treadmillpro.app within 14 days of the charge and we refund it. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google, because we never see that money. The refund policy has the details.
Is it cheaper on the web or in the store?
The plans are the same. Prices come from one list and are shown in your currency, and taxes may be added at checkout. Pick the place you prefer to pay and manage the subscription in.
