What do I get with Lifetime?

Is Lifetime cheaper than a subscription?
It costs more up front and nothing after. Compare the price with the yearly plan above: if you expect to use the app for several years, one payment adds up to less.
Is it per device?
No. Lifetime belongs to your account (or your store account) and works on your phones and tablets where you sign in.
I already pay monthly. Can I switch?
Yes. Buy Lifetime, then cancel the subscription in the store or in your account so it does not renew.
How do I cancel?
Bought in the App Store: open your subscriptions in the App Store settings and cancel there. Bought in Google Play: open Subscriptions in Google Play. Bought on the web: open your account on this site and choose Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases made by card on this site: if the app did not work with your treadmill, write to contact@treadmillpro.app within 14 days of the charge and we refund it. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google, because we never see that money. The refund policy has the details.
Is it cheaper on the web or in the store?
The plans are the same. Prices come from one list and are shown in your currency, and taxes may be added at checkout. Pick the place you prefer to pay and manage the subscription in.
