Delete your account and data

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@treadmillpro.app with the subject line "Delete my account". In the message, tell us the email address of your Treadmill Pro account and how you signed in (Apple, Google, or email code).

Please send the request from the same email address that is on the account, so we can confirm it is yours. If you signed in with Apple and used the "Hide My Email" option, send the request from the address you use with your Apple ID and include the relay address shown in the app, in Settings → Account.

We confirm every request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and covers everything we store about you on our servers:

• Account - your user ID, email address, name, sign-in provider and profile photo.
• Workout history - every saved workout, including duration, distance, calories, speed, incline and heart rate.
• Profile and settings - country and city, units of measurement, saved treadmills, achievements, streaks, leaderboard entries and notification preferences.
• Support messages - any feedback or support requests you sent from inside the app.

Once the account is deleted it cannot be restored, and neither can your workout history.

What we cannot delete for you

• Store purchases. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription - cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings. We keep anonymized purchase receipts where tax and accounting law requires it, with no link to your identity.
• Data on your device. Workouts written to Apple Health or Health Connect stay on your phone. Remove them in the Health app, or delete the app to remove its local data.

Deleting the app is not enough

Uninstalling Treadmill Pro removes the app and its local data from your phone, but your account and workout history stay on our servers until you request deletion as described above.
