Features
Treadmill Pro features
Treadmill Pro replaces the small console on your treadmill with your phone. You change speed and incline from the screen, follow a program, and see time, distance, calories, pace, steps and heart rate in big numbers.
Below is everything the app does, split into what is free and what needs Pro.
Works with Apple Health

Health support
Every treadmill workout lands in the Health app on its own: time, distance, active calories, steps and heart rate.
- Live heart rate from Apple Watch while you run

- Distance, steps and active calories in Health
- Average and max heart rate in every summary

What the app does not do
It does not replace the safety key on your treadmill. Keep the clip on and the key within reach.
It works only with treadmills that talk over Bluetooth. Most models with the FTMS profile and WalkingPad are supported, and some brands use their own protocols, so check the list of supported treadmills first.
Apple Health sync is for iPhone. Android syncs to Health Connect.
