Bought in the App Store: open your subscriptions in the App Store settings and cancel there. Bought in Google Play: open Subscriptions in Google Play. Bought on the web: open your account on this site and choose Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Purchases made by card on this site: if the app did not work with your treadmill, write to contact@treadmillpro.app within 14 days of the charge and we refund it. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google, because we never see that money. The refund policy has the details.
The plans are the same. Prices come from one list and are shown in your currency, and taxes may be added at checkout. Pick the place you prefer to pay and manage the subscription in.
A card purchase on this site belongs to your Treadmill Pro account, so sign in with the same account in the app and Pro is there. A store purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account: use Restore Purchases in the app on a new phone.

They are separate payments. Keep one of them and cancel the other so you do not pay twice. We can only refund card purchases made on this site.
